Tyler Rinde, Policy Analyst

Tyler is responsible for Medi-Cal mental health and criminal justice focused policy issues. These include activities related to county Specialty Mental Health Services, the implementation of federal managed care and parity regulations by county mental health programs and diversion and reentry issues of justice-involved individuals living with a behavioral health condition. He assists in staffing CBHDA’s Medi-Cal Policy and Criminal Justice policy committees. Before joining CBHDA, Tyler was an Executive Legislative Intern with Senator Anderson in his district office in El Cajon. Tyler graduated with a BA in political science from University of California, San Diego.
