Raven joined CBHDA in July 2022 and is responsible for fiscal analysis and policy efforts related to behavioral health finance. She has over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field with a focus in behavioral health financing. During that time, she worked for a county behavioral health department managing their Mental Health Services Act funds and then later moved to the substance use disorder side to assist with the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System pilot program roll out. Prior to joining CBHDA she was the Finance & Operations Director for a county contracted community-based organization who provides specialty mental health services.
