Consumer Scholarships Available for 2018 BH Policy Forum!

The County Behavioral Health Directors Association of California Behavioral Health Policy Forum is almost here, and we are continuing to work diligently to bring you a bigger and better conference. This year’s Forum, to be held at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco December 17th to the 18th, is shaping up to be an exciting, provocative and educational jam-packed two-day conference filled with the top names in Behavioral Health.

With provocative and engaging panel discussions on the gambit of issues facing Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder and a list of innovative speakers growing each day and new and inspiring partnerships with other organizations, CBHDA is excited to take the next step in California’s Behavioral Health journey.

To truly make this conference great, CBHDA wants to make sure that consumers who want to be here have an opportunity to be.

This year we are offering 10 Consumer Scholarships:

  • 5 of which cover Event Registration and the Hotel Room

  • 5 of which cover Event Registration and a $100 dollar travel stipend.

To receive one of the scholarships you just need to get a little creative by remixing our logo, or, create an icon that represents recovery and prevention in mental health and substance use. Also, please include a 100 word narrative on why you would like to attend the Policy Forum this year.

Please send submissions for the Consumer Scholarship to Robb Layne at Rlayne@cbhda.org.
