Behavioral Health legislation shows overwhelming bi-partisan support in the Senate and Assembly, a win for the health of our state.

The County Behavioral Health Directors Association of California (CBHDA) released its first annual Legislative Scorecard for the 2017 season, which rates lawmakers on the votes they cast on key bills for Behavioral Health in five major policy areas: housing and homelessness, children and youth, substance use disorders (SUD), the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and criminal justice.
